Initiation

Preparing scope document, requirement documents, Estimation chart, project plan and proposal documents

Planning

Designing test plan and coding standards.

Execution

Writing code 

Controlling

Testing and establishing change management procedure

Closure

Closing project and move it to maintenance mode
